Joya Entertainment provides DJ and related services. All event scopes, schedules, and pricing shall be outlined in a written contract (“Work Agreement”) signed by both parties.

3. Quotes and Payment

• Estimates are based on information available at the time; final pricing may vary for unforeseen conditions.

• Payments are due per the schedule in the Work Agreement. Late payments may incur interest as specified therein.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information and property access.

• Secure any necessary permits or approvals, unless otherwise agreed.

• Ensure that utilities are available and safe for our work.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joya Entertainment’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Joya Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and the Work Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
